This role presents a unique opportunity to lead and mentor junior colleagues while advising high-caliber multinational clients on complex corporate and commercial matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage junior legal professionals while reporting directly to the firm’s founding attorney
- Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements
- Advise clients on corporate governance, commercial transactions, and sector-specific regulatory issues
- Provide strategic legal advice and risk assessments related to compliance and day-to-day operations
- Handle corporate housekeeping and documentation for local and international clients
- Deliver pragmatic, commercially driven legal solutions under tight deadlines
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law gained at a top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel at a multinational corporation
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Fluent in English with excellent drafting and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client demands
- Analytical thinker with a practical, business-focused approach to problem-solving
