This role involves advising on insolvency prevention, focusing on bankruptcy transactions in the Czech Republic and internationally. The successful candidate will handle diverse banking matters, including acquisition finance, asset finance, investment funds, and corporate lending. Essential qualifications include extensive experience in administering bankruptcy estates, conducting liquidations, overseeing company reorganizations, and conducting securities reviews. Knowledge of handling litigation arising from bankruptcy proceedings is considered advantageous.
