Our client is a leading international law firm with one of the largest and most dynamic energy practices in the world. As part of its ongoing growth strategy an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced partner/team has arisen to join the team in Paris.
You will be a highly experienced energy Partner specializing in energy projects and infrastructure law with a particular emphasis on renewable energy (this may include nuclear and/or conventional power).
You will be a finance lawyer advising clients in relation to structured finance solutions with a particular focus on the energy sector covering all aspects of energy projects, regulation, and financing.
You will have an established portable practice that will ideally be focused on project development, construction, financing, acquisition, and transfer of projects related to renewable energy and infrastructure related projects.
The role requires:
- A highly reputable legal background and professional experience in an international law firm or a well-known regional law firm.
- A practice focus in energy.
- Strong capabilities of business development and management skills.
- An established track record and portable practice.
- Sense for exceptional client service, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
