These international firms wish to increase their strength, establish new offices, and have a robust team in place to represent its clients. They are seeking additional capacity through a combination with self-sustaining partner(s)/groups.

These firms resemble traditional Big Law only in the sophistication, breadth, and experience of their partners. The firms leverage the latest technology instead of unnecessary overhead, which results in a more efficient law practice. They are able to provide their clients value without sacrificing quality. The removal of inefficiencies also allows their attorneys to easily develop long-term business relationships, while billing less and earning more. Most of our clients in this space have a fully remote work environment, creating lower overheads and allowing for billing rates to be 20% to 40% lower rates than at traditional law firms.
