Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking a Practice Support Coordinator to join its team in Casablanca. Joining the Firm’s Business Services means contributing to innovative service delivery and supporting a successful multinational business. This role provides proactive support to lawyers, ensuring smooth case management, administrative efficiency, and business development assistance.
Responsibilities include providing practice and administrative support to the firm’s lawyers, primarily in relation to billable client work, ensuring clients are served professionally and in accordance with the firm’s policies and procedures. This includes participating in client matter teams, coordinating and supporting all matter-related processes from inception to completion, and assisting with business development support services.
Skills and experience
- Must have 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communicationskills in English and French.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with document management systems.
- Proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.
- Team player skills to collaborate across departments and with international teams.
- Understanding of legal and business development processes, with experience supporting client-facing teams.
