Our client, a highly esteemed law firm, is currently seeking mid-level finance lawyers based in Istanbul, with specialized expertise in general banking and finance law or project finance law. Key Responsibilities:
- Structuring, negotiating, and drafting financing documentation, including loan agreements and security agreements.
- Reviewing project agreements such as construction contracts, revenue contracts, and supply and service contracts relevant to the project.
- Providing guidance to clients on contingent liabilities and legal risks associated with projects that are pivotal to investment or lending decisions.
- Preparing comprehensive due diligence reports.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of handling high-value banking and finance or project finance matters with a reputable commercial law firm.
- Demonstrated excellence in academic achievements and exceptional legal skills, coupled with a strong reputation for delivering commercial solutions and possessing excellent transactional and management abilities.
- Proficiency in document drafting.
