Our client, a leading global law practice is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Real Estate Associate to join a dynamic and growing Real Estate practice in Austria. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value domestic and cross-border real estate matters alongside experienced legal professionals, advising a diverse portfolio of local and international clients.

The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of real estate transactions, development projects, financing matters, and advisory work across all major asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on a wide range of real estate law matters.
  • Support and manage national and cross-border real estate transactions, including asset and share deals.
  • Conduct legal due diligence and prepare due diligence reports.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and ancillary agreements.
  • Advise on real estate financing transactions and restructuring projects.
  • Assist with property development projects, including development agreements and construction-related matters.
  • Provide advice on commercial and residential leasing.
  • Advise on condominium law, property development contract law, and public real estate law.
  • Support clients on urban development, planning, and regulatory matters.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams on complex client matters.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified lawyer with approximately 1–5 years of post-qualification experience in real estate law.
  • Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German.
