Our client, a leading law firm is looking for a Real Estate lawyer to join their team.
The successful candidate would be part of a growing practice within an expanding law firm, seeking to increase its domestic and international business. The practice offers legal advice on a broad spectrum of Real Estate issues such as purchase, sale, construction, and financing agreements and legal structuring of residential, industrial, and commercial developments.
Responsibilities:
- Work on projects for clients from the real estate sector.
- Support ongoing mandates with clients.
- Prepare legal analysis and due diligence reports.
- Lead in the negotiation of a transaction and prepare documentation regarding the sale and purchase of real estate.
- Prepare and negotiate lease agreements and contracts.
- Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and presentations for clients.
Requirement:
- Turkish qualified lawyer.
- Excellent knowledge of real estate law, civil law, and company law.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in providing services to the real estate sector in a similar position in a law firm or legal department of a real estate company.
- Experience in real estate transactions.
- Ability to independently conduct entrusted tasks.
- Ability to delegate work to junior lawyers.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Experience in serving foreign corporate clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and on several projects simultaneously.
