Our clients, well regarded international law firms in Prague, are seeking Real Estate Partners, in two cases to lead the practice. Partners are welcome to come solo or with teams.
The role is focused on actively counseling investors, lenders, developers, landowners, tenants, buyers and sellers in a competitive Real Estate environment, which includes navigating multi-jurisdictional issues. You should bring strong, established local and regional experience and know-how and cover the complete range of real estate services to clients, from development joint ventures, structured investments, acquisitions, and disposals to planning and construction services.
It is also appreciated if you have real estate leasing, project finance, acquisition and disposition, development, construction, and dispute resolution experience in RE.
These are excellent opportunities for seasoned partners or up and coming counsels to play a leading role.
Our clients require candidates having the following assets:
- Czech-qualified;
- Reputation in Real Estate ranked in Legal500 or Chambers & Partners; if a Counsel listed as “one to watch”, “Up and coming”, etc;
- At least 10 years+ of relevant experience in Real Estate in a leading international or Czech law firm;
- Portable commensurate with what a leader would deliver (if you are seeking to head the practice). For counsels a partial book of business which shows a 3 year upward trend combined with a good potential client network/contacts would be evaluated;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Client focused, stress resilient, and known for providing high quality advice.
