Our client, a highly esteemed law firm with an international clientele, is seeking an experienced receptionist for their Istanbul office. The receptionist will be part of the highly esteemed support staff providing assistance to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services to the law firm’s clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling communication with international and domestic clients through mail and telephone calls, transferring as appropriate and passing on messages, if required;
  • Scheduling meetings and conference calls as requested, managing bookings of the conference rooms;
  • Welcoming visitors, arranging for catering during meetings;
  • Ensuring the reception area and foyer are always appear presentable;
  • Dealing with deliveries, registering incoming mail;
  • Assisting with monitoring office supplies and maintaining steady flow of communication with various office vendors;
  • Contributing to the positive and supportive workplace atmosphere;
  • Performing data entry and filing activities.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as a receptionist preferably at an international law firm;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills paired with a positive attitude;
  • Excellent Turkish as well as English skills (both written and spoken);
  • Patient, helpful, caring and exceptionally warm personality;
  • Solid understanding of MS Office applications;
  • Punctual with the ability to work under pressure and manage a range of demands at the same time;
  • Dedicated and discrete with an understanding of the need for confidentiality;
  • Willingness to work overtime if required.
