A top 10 US Law firm, now seeks a highly rated transactional REAL ESTATE Partner/Team to join the existing team in Germany. Location is flexible with a slight preference for Frankfurt.

The Global Real Estate Practice now seeks to strengthen its already impressive European platform by continuing to build in Germany, with a particular focus on Frankfurt. Our client boasts an impressive array of Real Estate clients including but not limited to leading local and international financial institutions, corporate and investment banks. As part of the on-going commitment to Real Estate our client now seeks a partner/Team to join the existing members as the next phase of it’s development strategy.
The ideal candidate will advise clients in connection with investments in and financings of a broad spectrum of real estate asset classes, including office properties, hotels, retail centers, and industrial facilities. The role entails dealing with the preparation, review, and negotiation of all legal documents relating to real estate interests, including purchase and sale agreements, commitments of purchase and sales and exchanges. Additionally, the ability to handle the structuring of real estate funds, debt bonds offerings, and securitizations involving real estate assets in connection with other areas of the firm, would be a plus.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in such areas as real estate leasing, equity, project finance, acquisition and disposition, development, construction, or investment as well as comprehensive interpersonal, management and client development skills, and a proven track record in Real Estate at a leading German or International firm.
