About the Role

You will work on complex, market-leading mandates, advising clients on:

  • M&A transactions
  • Project financing
  • General corporate matters
  • Sector-specific regulatory issues

Key Requirements

  • Kazakh-qualified lawyer with 4+ years of post-qualification experience
  • Experience gained at an international or major local law firm is preferred
  • Solid background in subsurface use (mining, oil & gas) and general corporate law
  • Additional experience in environmental law is a strong advantage
  • Law degree and strong academic record
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to work independently within a demanding environment
  • Proactive, can-do attitude, intellectual curiosity, and integrity
