Our client, a prominent law firm seeks experienced Corporate Lawyers to join their expanding Corporate/M&A Team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Your expertise should be in corporate / M&A transactions, helping clients (including real estate funds) select the right structure for potential investments. You will have advised on many of the recent M&A deals in Saudi Arabia. You will demonstrate you have a deep and thorough understanding of contract, tax and securities laws, licensing, intellectual property rights.

Our client requires candidates having the following qualifications/skills:
- Saudi nationality
- Law degree and bar membership
- Outstanding reputation in corporate/M&A
- At least 10 years of relevant experience gained at reputable law firms
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Client focused and known for providing high quality legal advice
- Team player
