Our client, a leading global provider of integrated legal and business services, is seeking a Senior Associate – Disputes & Arbitration to join its growing team in Warsaw. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious disputes lawyer to work on complex, high-profile litigation and arbitration matters for a diverse client base that includes multinational corporations, private enterprises, and state-owned entities.
You will be joining a highly respected team with a long-established presence in the Polish market, working closely with partners on complex domestic and cross-border disputes. In addition to managing your own matters, you will supervise and mentor junior lawyers, contribute to client development initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Qualified Attorney-at-Law (Adwokat).
- Strong experience in dispute resolution, arbitration, and commercial litigation.
- Experience advising on white-collar crime matters, including criminal compliance.
- Excellent analytical and legal research skills.
- Strong drafting and advocacy capabilities.
- Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines effectively.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
- Experience handling commercial disputes is highly desirable.
