Our client is a company group, one of the prominent players in the Hungarian energy industry, which brings together major hydrocarbon producing companies. Due to its growth, it expends their legal operation and is looking for a senior lawyer to support the work in corporate and commercial matters. Expectation:
- 3-5 years of work experience (already having the BAR qualification or not planning to get BAR qualified in the near future)
- Legal English language skills
- Confident user of Micro Soft programs
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills

Tasks:
- Drafting and reviewing civil and commercial contracts, assisting in contracts, liaising with partners in Hungarian and English
- Supporting partner departments (HR, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Procurement, Licensing) in matters requiring legal expertise
- Providing legal advice on company changes, corporate and labour law decisions, measures and resolutions, preparing and assisting in their implementation
- Compliance-related tasks (both within the industry and in general), assisting in regulatory related issues, cooperating with public authorities and litigation and non-litigation procedures
- General legal advice, drafting legal documents and countersigning
