Our client, a leading regional law firm has been advising international and national companies including multinational corporations and private companies on all aspects of commercial law in CEE. The firm has a focus on M&A cross border transactions, private equity, venture capital, company formations, reorganizations, and general corporate and contract law. They provide commercial advice in Bucharest to leading investors.
The team is looking for an experienced Romanian qualified lawyer with excellent legal expertise and a strong interest in commercial business to join their Corporate, Commercial & M&A practice. You will work with select partners in the M&A team. As a senior lawyer, you will be a mentor within the law firm, you will motivate other team members and must be able to work seamlessly with colleagues from various international offices. You will have at least 6 years of Corporate/ M&A, gained at a leading or international law firms which are well ranked (in Legal500 and Chambers) and known for its ability to successfully managing transactions and driving deals to conclusion. Your transactional track record should include plenty of cross-border / international deals.
