About the Role:
In this role, you’ll wear the hat of both a legal and commercial expert, applying your M&A experience to evaluate risks in transactions and take a commercial risk position. This isn’t your typical in-house legal role – it’s primarily an underwriting insurance position, but your legal M&A background is crucial for success.
Your main focus will be on transactional insurance, working closely with corporates, private equity houses, insurance brokers, and advisors to assess risk components and negotiate insurance terms.
Objectives:
Your key mission is to expand the business further into the French market. Beyond managing transactions, you’ll also be responsible for day-to-day business development and operational aspects of the office.

Requirements:
