Our client, a leading global law firm is seeking a highly experienced lawyer to join their Real Estate practice area in Warsaw. The ideal candidate will be able to lead and direct a team independently.
Your expertise should be in Transactional Real Estate as you will handle diverse, commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, loans, development, management, and periodically leasing. Candidates with experience representing real estate development clients as well as experience with general corporate and transactional matters are preferred. The ideal candidate must be entrepreneurial, client-facing, and eager to grow his or her existing practice and client base.
Requirements:
- Polish-qualified lawyer with at least 10 years of experience most of which should be in RE area
- Have portable business
- Excellent communication skills are an essential part of the role to communicate internally and with key clients.
- Passionate about getting the deal done
- Fluency in English and Polish.
Your experience will have been gained at a leading International, regional or local firm required. Candidates coming from in-house should only have been in house for less than 2 years. We are mainly interested in candidates coming directly from another law firm, big4, or other legal consultancy.
