Within the TMT sector, it would be helpful if you have experience with some of the following practice areas: Cross-border mergers and acquisitions, Corporate restructuring, PE, joint venture. Outsourcing, IP, Commercial contracting & licensing
Requirements:
- Czech law degree
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in TMT, gained at a reputable law firm or in-house.
- Proficiency in both English and Czech.
- Solid knowledge of the regulatory landscape, emerging technologies, and industry trends within the TMT sector.
- Some portable business would be appreciated
