Our client, a truly international law firm with a world-leading Financial Practice Group, is seeking an English qualified attorney with CEE experience in Banking & Finance and Restructuring for their office in Czech Republic.
Their Prague office has been regularly involved in major transactions shaping the business environment. Their operations focus on working with major international investors on cross-border work in the CEE region and specialize in cross-border banking and finance, capital markets, corporate M&A, and real estate transactions. The firm works with banks, investment banks, private equity funds, and major international corporations with regional deals.
The successful candidate will be a UK-qualified lawyer with at least 8-10+ years’ experience, have extensive restructuring, finance and cross-border experience and a portable book of business. You will also have the ability to capitalize on existing relationships.
You should be a team player and commercially-minded, with a demonstrated ability to work proactively as part of a high-caliber team. You should be accustomed to providing top legal services in a focused and efficient manner. You will come from a leading international law firm, where the strength of experience and consistency of approach are considered key to ensuring clients achieve their goals.
